M2PTSD in ADV | Rationality of PTSD

Is PTSD rational or irrational? This is a common dilemma especially for the spouses of people with PTSD. And I wanted to talk about it in this episode, to give my take on it as a therapist. My hope is to shed some light in this topic, so I can help people that are married to PTSD.
