Holidays, birthdays, and get togethers are some of the events that people are really looking forward too, especially because this is a time for bonding with loved ones. One of our biggest stressors, as military veterans, are family gatherings. Relatives just don't understand us, and there are many factors for that, such as generation, different experiences, different point of views, etc. Let's talk more about that and hopefully you get something out off this that can help you get the life that you deserve.

It is very hard for veterans to give trust to civilians. Mostly because civilians tend to be individualistic rather than being a collective society, much like what we're used to inside the military. In this episode, we're going to be talking more about that, and why we it is important for us to give others the the chance for trust.

Many of us think that throwing up on people is normal, it's just the right thing to do, or maybe it's a way for others to know us better. But many of us don't realize that it may become a bad thing, especially when we do it in order to have an excuse whenever problems arise in our relationship. I'm here to talk about why that is, and help you realize that your actions are your responsibility regardless of what you laid out at the beginning of your relationships.

So many veterans struggle with building relationships once they got out. And I'm talking about relationships with other people, co-workers, acquantances, etc. It's because in reality, they are totally different than our comrades inside the military. But I believe it is highly important for us to build relationships here in the civilian world. That is why I made this video, to help you understand more about it, and to give you some tips on how to build relationships. I hope this helps you get the life you deserve.

Struggling to find friends after you got out? You're not alone. Actually, finding friends is one of the hardest things to do after we got out, simply because most civilians don't understand us and in turn, we don't trust them to be like our buddies inside the military. Let's talk more about this issue and my hope is that this will help you get the life that you deserve.

Your family will always be a huge part of who you are. And you might have a hard time understanding why, if they don't understand you, or agree with your decisions, or why you have changed. Sometimes you might even have inner guilt because of it. But let me discuss why is it normal, and why you must accept it, and that at the end of the day, why you must choose what's best for you, to get the life that you deserve.

Veterans need to look out for other veterans because civilians won't do it for us. Maybe not all, but most of them won't. That's why it is important to talk about VSO's or Veterans Sevice Organizations, understand why they are important, and how can we benefit for supporting them.
